The Regional Spotlight Initiative: Tackling GBV

Supported by the UN Women Multi-Country Office (MCO) - Caribbean, this project looks at violence against women and girls through several lenses. Using coalitio nand awareness building as tools, the initiative aims to:

1. Reduce family violence against women and girls (VAWG) through community support training and education.
2. Strengthen the advocacy for VAWG survivors via community coalition building and strengthening civil society capacities.
3. Contribute to the knowledge, learning, and replication of VAWG programmes throughout the region. 

The project duration is from 18-Feb-2022 to 30-Jun-2022.
