Guided by intersectional justice and collective care, we see a future shaped by gender equity, climate resilience, and community leadership across our islands.

We advance climate and gender justice in Antigua and Barbuda and across the Caribbean by using an intersectional approach that recognises how overlapping forms of inequality affect women, girls, and vulnerable communities. Rooted in the lived experiences of Caribbean people, we work to amplify local leadership, challenge systems of oppression, strengthen climate resilience, and build just, sustainable futures grounded in equity, care, and collective action.
