We envision a just and sustainable Antigua and Barbuda, and Caribbean region, where all people—especially women, girls, and marginalised communities—live with dignity, safety, and power. Guided by intersectional justice and collective care, we see a future shaped by gender equity, climate resilience, and community leadership across our islands and we are committed to working toward this future with shared prosperity for all.

Our mission is to advance gender, climate and health justice by empowering women and vulnerable communities while fostering sustainable solutions. We champion intersectional approaches across four key areas —gender equality, ecology, youth, and community—recognising how overlapping forms of inequality affect women, girls, and vulnerable communities. Rooted in the lived experiences of Caribbean people, we amplify local leadership, challenge systems of oppression, strengthen climate resilience, and build sustainable futures.
