This policy outlines our commitment to the prevention, detection and response to sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment in our work. It outlines the responsibilities to reduce and manage risk, and address such incidents.  To access a complaint form see the Quick Links section below.

Whistleblower Protection Policy

This gender policy represents IHO’s commitment to take a cohesive and coordinated approach to gender equality. We aim to provide a secure and enabling work environment to all employees and contractors, and a place of work that is gender sensitive and recognizes the role of men and women as equal players. We put gender equality in the center because we know that we cannot overcome injustice and live sustainably until all persons have equal rights and opportunities.

Whistleblower Protection Policy

This Whistleblower Policy is intended to encourage and enable employees and others to raise serious concerns internally so that IHO can address and correct inappropriate conduct and actions. It is the responsibility of all within the organisation to report suspected ethics violations or violations of the law. It is contrary to the values of IHO for anyone to retaliate against a member of the organisation who in good faith reports an ethics violation or suspected breach of the law.
