Integrated Health Outreach (IHO) is a UN Multi-Partner Trust Fund Office (UN-MPTFO)–accredited, non-governmental organisation headquartered in Antigua and Barbuda. We are dedicated to advancing climate, gender, and health justice for women, youth, and vulnerable communities throughout the Caribbean.
IHO’s mandate is to strengthen vulnerable groups and advance sustainability through intersectional action in four core areas.

Gender equality is essential for inclusive development, empowering all members of the community, and ensuring sustainable progress.

Protecting ecology and biodiversity supports livelihoods, and preserves natural resources for climate resilience.
By working with youth people, we empower them to address inequality, enhance climate resilience, and support sustainable outcomes.

Involving communities in helps to ensure that solutions are people-focused, culturally relevant, and ultimately sustainable.
Visit our project's page to see the range of current and past Integrated Health Outreach initiatives we have worked on across gender, climate and health.
We have been the proud benefactor of funding from international agencies such as the United Nations Development Program, World Bank, Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives, European Union, amongst others.
